Berenice, a Las Vegas Native was born in Mexico but has lived in Nevada for 27 years. She has over a decade of customer service and sales experience. She has always had a desire to obtain her own business and found that through the ever-growing city of Las Vegas. Her passion for people and customer service has transformed into becoming a Real Estate Agent specializing in first-time home buying and investing. 

 

Berenice prides herself on listening to the needs of her clients as well as negotiations and simplifying the home buying/selling process. Being a fluent Spanish-speaking agent has truly helped her advocate for the Latin communities in Las Vegas. She hopes to provide a 5-star experience for all of her clients by creating a stressless and calm atmosphere during each transaction. 

 

When Berenice isn't working, you can find her partaking in fitness classes, hiking, enjoying a local coffee shop, or spending time with her family and friends. As a coffee aficionado, lover of R&B music, and China Town eatery expert, Berenice absolutely holds the keys to the city.
