As a Las Vegas native, I've watched this city continue to expand since the 80s from under 500,000 people, into now over 2,000,000 people. What used to be desert, is now illuminated with sparkling lights that stretch from the edge of each mountain in every direction. An amazing place to call home, and an even more amazing sight to see in the night-time.

 

Growing up in Las Vegas with a huge family gives me a deep connection to the community and a sense of pride to uphold myself to exceptionally higher standards of service. 

 

In all my years of work, nothing compares to the kind of satisfaction I receive from having the opportunity to help someone realize their dream of owning their own home.  It is a special feeling to be part of such a significant turning point during an individual or a family's journey.
